SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Welcomes you to the Open Science Grid All-Hands Meeting 2014

The Open Science Grid (OSG) provides a common service and support for resource providers and scientific institutions using a distributed fabric of high throughput computational services. The topics covered at this meeting are the US ATLAS and US CMS T2/T3 operations, Campus Grid Infrastructures, the state of OSG and talks and tutorials on technical directions in the grid and cloud communities.
This year, the Federated Storage Workshop will take place concurrently at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory
OSG is funded by the National Science Foundation and the Department of Energy.
Registration and fees
Registration begins on Monday, February 10th through April 4th. Registration $115.
What's included in registration:
Morning and Afternoon refreshments, Coffee Breaks, a light reception on Monday, 4/7, a SLAC tour of our National Accelerator Laboratory.
Registration and All Breaks will be held in the lobby of KIPAC building 51
Lunch
The SLAC Cafeteria is currently closed. For this Science meeting, catered lunches can be purchased. Ordering and payment for catered lunches must be done when you register for the meeting.
Individual Box Lunches are $14.00 each or (5 for $70) - includes sandwich, chips, Salad, Fruit, Cookie and Drink
Your choice of:Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, or Vegetarian
Reception
There will be a reception on Monday, April 7th at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the ROB Building 48, Conference Room ABC&D and outside patio. (no charge)

Thursday, April 10th 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Dinner
The Conference Dinner, Wednesday, April 9th @ 6pm, the cost is $65 per person and will be held at Trellis Restaurant in Menlo Park. Please include the number of people you will bring to the Conference Dinner (include yourself) when you register.
Parking
Please note: SLAC is under going building construction which makes parking very limited around campus. Carpool is recommended, Taxi, or Shuttle services.
The Marguerite (maps and schedules) is Stanford University's complimentary public shuttle system which traverses the campus Monday through Friday all year (except University holidays). The SLAC line (map and schedule) operates between SLAC (with a stop at the entrance to the Guest House) and the Stanford campus, and is available from 7:00am to 9:20pm, approximately every 20 minutes.
The complimentary Stanford Guest House shuttle is also available evenings and weekends when the Marguerite is not available.
